I had the original crosswave and was obsessed with it, it cleaned so well and made clean up a breeze. I just purchased the Bisselldiscount Crosseave Hydrosteam and equally obsessed with it. You can see a difference in my floors! My mom came over and commented on the floors the same day I got to use it! I bought it the 1st of December but it got lost or something so they resubmitted the order and I got it. Few days after that. Which was the end of December.
