The most frustrating about the steam mop is that the “neck” of the wand where it meets the mop head is so unstable the mops falls over and hits anything in it’s way every time I let go of the handle. This is a deal breaker for me. I have two Black and Decker stick battery operated stick brooms that retain their ability to stand up 99% of the time. The Bisselldiscount not only endangers itself but also anything within 4′ of the handle. It also does not operate exactly how the instructions indicate it should so operating it is simply guess work on my part. I would not purchase this product again.
