The Pet Stain Eraser works as advertised, and is very easy to use. It works well both on carpet and furniture. I like the fact that it is cordless, and easy to clean after using.

I use this with my spin mop. It gives me peace of mind to know that my floors are "sanitized."

Avoid this carpet cleaner unless you enjoy having to stop to empty the dirty water all the time. I did my living room and hallway and lost count of the number of times I had to stop and empty it or fill the clean water tank. The instructions tell you to keep going back and forth until the solution being pulled up is clear. You can't see anything because of the clunky tanks so it's hard to tell when the water is clear…unless you're plastic man and can stretch around to see it. Doesn't clean the carpet very well either. I had a BISSELL ProHeat Pet for years and loved it but it stopped working and was too old to fix. Missed the 30 day return window by around 12 days because I hadn't had a chance to try it out but that's on me. It seems to be very cheaply made so guessing I'll have to replace it within a year anyway. Apparently I'll have to try a different brand. Very disappointing.
