This product works great for removing pet hair from low pile carpets. Reach wand is nice but can be awkward using on furniture. Item that needs improvement is there should be a setting to allow brush bar not to spin, especially when using reach wand. Limits where you can use unit, especially with wand extended and unit on area rug that could possible tangle in spinning brush bar. Can’t use on small area rugs or certain carpet pile types, only low pile height.
