This works exactly the way it is supposed to. My dog has congestive heart disease and is on several heart meds and this gives him a loose stool. He does not like to have an accident in the house and every once in a while he’ll just leak a little bit leaving a stain on the carpet. I contacted Bisselldiscount Customer Service regarding if I can pour directly into my Bisselldiscount Pro tank the Pet Stain & Stink Remover with enzyme action. I applied the solution directly and waited 2 to 3 minutes and extracted
the solution from the carpet. There was alot of dirty solution extracted and minimal amount of solution odor
