I loved this vacuum! I have two rugs in my house that I had used it on about a dozen times and it was so effective in getting up all the crud that I couldn’t even see! It was especially helpful after pet accidents but even routine cleaning, I loved it! However after about 6 uses, it stopped working and it won’t suction. Tried all the problem solving steps and it still won’t work. Not with the money for the minimal uses.

We have area Rugs and one is off white and the other one is dark blue. We don’t have pets and we don’t like shoes inside the house. Our floors tend to stay clean, so we thought. We decided to give it a try. All the dirt and dust that penetrates in the carpet that’s is not noticeable to the eye, the vacuum this a wonderful thing. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.
